Shipping policy

Customers using the TUFLYEST promo code that do not reside on Tuskegee campus, or do not have a previously arranged way of receiving your order from us will NOT have their item shipped until shipping is paid. Only items with paid shipping will be shipped. After your item is shipped out you are provided a tracking number and from there it is the clients responsibility to locate and track package. Should there be any complications with either the package not being received or receiving the incorrect package, contact the store and we will work to sort out the problem.
